Reports to: C.E.O
Objective: To implement and maintain accurate accounting practices with thorough checks and balances. To oversee and resume responsibility for accurate and correct financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Work with C.E.O to develop company’s financial strategy and plan
- Assume responsibility for all financial accounts
- Cash flow forecasting and preparation of cash flow reports
- Manage company budget
- Monitor and analyze company financials
- Keep informed and stay in tune with the latest developments in our industry with regards to financial concern
- Assist all departments with developing strategies and objectives to align with companies financial performance
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Requirements
- Minimum work week to consist of 45 hours
- Be tentative via phone on vacation in case of an emergency.
- Attend weekly meetings as needed. If a meeting cannot be made a 24-hour notice will be needed.
- Knowledge of U.S GAAP
- Degree in finance or accounting related field
- Ability to be exceptionally organized
- Keen computer skills in programs such as: Word, Excel, and Accounting Software
- Motivation and eagerness to implement and maintain processes for a growing business
Reports to: C.O.O / VP of Design
Objective: Perform administrative and clerical duties day to day
Responsibilities
- Receive all incoming phone calls. Provide callers with information and/or route calls to appropriate personnel.
- Conduct tours of the office to new hires.
- Receive general emails – Reply with information or reroute emails to the appropriate person.
- Type correspondences, envelopes, and memos.
- Maintain a professional appearance of office and reception area. Greet customers and other visitors.
- Prepare conference room prior to meetings
- Help maintain filing systems.
- Review mail as it comes in to distribute to appropriate employees
- Help assemble backup material for audits.
- Administer customer satisfaction surveys.
- Obtain signatures for accounts payable and disburse checks.
Requirements
- Minimum work week to consist of Monday-Friday.
- Normal hours 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Be tentative via phone on vacation in case of an emergency.

Class A CDL Driver, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, salary based, all local, home daily. Must have a clean record for the last 2 years
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Patriot Truss and Components, founded in 2022, strives to be the premier supplier of floor and roof trusses, and wall panels in the northeast Indiana market. We are a family-owned local company with a focus on quality, value, and customer service. We are seeking a Designer with extensive experience and background on residential and commercial truss and wall panel design using MiTek software. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales and production teams to design and create layouts for roofs, floors, and walls for single-family, multi-family, and commercial customers.
Responsibilities
- Design roof and floor trusses and wall panels (internal and and external) for single family, multi-family and light commercial projects.
- Utilize CAD and Mitek software to view plans/buildings in 3D.
- Navigate windows explorer with server/folder knowledge.
- Size and specify EWP for load analysis using provided software.
- Size and specify hangers for truss to truss and truss to beam.
- Contact outside sources to resolve questions or concerns in the design process (RFI's).
- Excellent communication skills with one-on-one interaction and small group interaction to convey ideas and requirements.
- Coordinate with team members to eliminate duplication of material/framing.
- Comfortable with working independently yet prefer to work in interdisciplinary teams to solve complex problems and deliver high quality work.
- Create clear, concise communication for peers as well as outside contacts.
- Work closely with clients, users and team members to fully utilize design software.
- Active member of Sales team as our vision is to connect directly with customer to answer all technical (and not so technical) questions regarding trusses and panel.

- In-depth knowledge of IRC Building Code
- Ability to spot potential problems within a rough sketch and visualize solutions.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Keen passion for efficiency and the ability to bring ideas and concepts to life.
- Have a “get it done” attitude and proven background of delivering exceptional work.

Education/Experience
- High school diploma or GED (Required).
- Degree in a 4-year accredited university (Preferred).
- At least two years of experience in truss design.
- Experience with CAD design and/or architectural design is preferred.
